Abstract: The lecture begins with an introduction to the digital economy and its key elements. It then provides the strategic background of China's "Eastern Data, Western Computing" initiative, analyzing its current status and challenges. Next, the concept of an integrated computing power network is introduced, along with an analysis of the "two centers and one system" architecture. After this, the architecture and features of cabin computing are presented, demonstrating how it integrates with the fixed network of "Eastern Data, Western Computing" to form an intelligent computing network system through the fusion of cabin and network components. The lecture concludes by showcasing Tongji University's intelligent computing network system and highlighting its innovative advantages.

Bio: Jiang Changjun is a computer science expert and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He is a Distinguished Professor at Tongji University, Honorary Professor at Brunel University London, Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and chief scientist for the 973 Program. He has also been recognized as a National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker and National Innovation Excellence Award winner.

His achievements include over 120 invention patents in China, the US, and Germany, along with 22 international PCT patents. He has published over 300 papers (including over 100 in ACM/IEEE journals) and authored six monographs in Chinese and English. He has received one National Technological Invention Second Prize (ranked first), two National Scientific and Technological Progress Second Prizes (both ranked first), and the HO PAN CHING YI Award (independently).

His work has been positively evaluated and cited by renowned experts from countries including the US, UK, Germany, Sweden, and India. He led the establishment of China's first network transaction risk prevention and control system, standards, and framework, positioning China as a global leader in this field.
