Bio:
Shuai Gao is a Professor at the School of Telecommunications, Beijing Jiaotong University, and the Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Mobile Dedicated Networks. He has led over ten projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program and National Natural Science Foundation research topics in the field of new networks. He holds more than 30 authorized invention patents, and has contributed to 7 international standards from IETF, IEEE, and other organizations, as well as 2 national standards. He has received the IEEE Standards Association Outstanding Contribution Award, 3 provincial and ministerial first prizes, and was selected for the Beijing Science and Technology New Star Program and the Beijing Youth Talent Program. As a major contributor, six of his achievements have passed national-level technology evaluations and have been applied in industries such as railways and telecommunications, solving urgent needs in industry-specific networks with significant economic and social benefits.
