Bio:

Dr. Dong Xiang earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 1993. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science and Technology from Chongqing University in 1987 and 1990, respectively. From 1994 to 1996, he conducted postdoctoral research at Concordia University in Canada and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the United States. In 1996, he became an associate professor at Tsinghua University and is currently a professor at the School of Software, Tsinghua University. He was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2004. Dr. Dong Xiang’s primary research areas include: high-performance computer interconnect technology, AI cluster and supercomputer communication libraries, on-chip interconnect technology, chip-scale integrated systems, digital system testability design, test code generation, and logic scan self-testing, among others.
