On July 6, Professor Jie Wu, Chief Scientist of China Telecom and President of the Cloud Computing Research Institute, was invited to attend the 2024 ACM Turing Conference (ACM TURC 2024). He delivered a keynote speech titled "Cloud-Network Integration and Elastic Scheduling" at the SIGCOMM symposium.

The ACM China Turing Conference is a premier international forum for computer science research, focusing on advancements and key challenges in the field. This year’s conference was co-chaired by Vinton Cerf, one of the founding fathers of the Internet, and Mei Hong, President of the China Computer Federation, with Zhang Pingwen, President of Wuhan University, serving as a co-chair.
